The Challenge

The organization needed a complete website to promote the 'Festa del Cinema di Monza' event, manage bookings for different locations and time slots, and coordinate the entire digital infrastructure (DNS, social). The system had to be operational in tight deadlines and handle traffic spikes during booking openings, with real-time availability synchronization between the site and the external booking platform.

The Solution

I developed and coordinated the complete digital project, building a Next.js site with real-time API integration with Eventribe for booking management. During the booking period, the system automatically synchronized seat availability between the site and the Eventribe platform, ensuring data consistency and preventing overbooking. Beyond development, I handled the entire technical infrastructure: DNS configuration, social media account setup, and complete integration with Eventribe for managing bookable slots.
